For Christmas my brother Nick gave us a subscription to Vegetarian Times and I must say that I lalalove it. Making a start to the new year with home cooked meals has always been my goal..it looks like it has been a few of my cousins goals as well…check here and must see here.
So far so good.
Last week I challenged myself to making this Indian creation & on Sunday shrimp curry..tonight it’s pasta with double tomato bruschetta.
