Yoga

This past weekend I did my two day yoga teacher training. I'm really happy that its actually over even though it was a lot of fun. It was pretty challenging, but now I have to just do 8 hours of community teaching and I'll get my level 1 certicate. So if anyone needs a free yoga teacher..let me know. I need the practice.

Hey Whit! I love reading your blog too! I didn't know you were getting certified in yoga! What kind? I've picked up bikram yoga and am obsessed. Its my dream to move back to Utah, open a yoga studio and live like a hippie in Park City. You can be my instructor. Let's get on it.... Keep up the great posts! Lots o love - Laura

I need a good yoga instructor. I only ever went to one class and the guy totally freaked me out by "adjusting" me one too many times! Good for you for getting certified...

Good job Whit!! My mom's ward was doing yoga for awhile and Abby Daw (I don't know if you remember her) taught the classes probably for the same thing. I'll ask her if she thinks they would want to do it again. PS you need to call me!

Congratulations on your accomplishment! You have worked very hard at this and I am very proud of you! I need 8 hours of one on one yoga instruction, so make time for me sometime when you aren't running around and I'm not laying in bed.

Daniel Staker has been trying to get me into yoga. If it will make me look like Adonis, like unto Danny, then perhaps I will do it.

Whit, I would love to take a class. If you do any sort of organized thingy, I'll totally come. Even if it's just in someone's basement ... or in my ever-so-small living room.

Congrats!
