yoga

"In each pose there should be repose"
-B.K.S Iyengar
I love teaching yoga, every time I teach I am in a better mood, it challenges me, it lets me be aware of myself, lets me be human, we aren't perfect and I'm okay with that. One of the best things about teaching up at the University is when I look up at my students and see everyone doing their own version of a pose. Its a much appreciated view coming from a instructor who has her own insercurities. It makes my day so much better.

LOVE this post. Isn't that the best part about yoga? There's no right and wrong. It just is. All the expectations get to fly out the window!

Hope all is well!

Laura,
I would LOVE to teach you some yoga next time your in town we should get together for some yoga time. I teach astanga vinyasa style. I do like teaching the flow yoga, its a great workout and good to flow in and out with the breathe. I got certified through Yogafit, its an organization that travels around the country and is based in California so I'm sure if you go on their website you can find some training sessions in your area. It was a great experience and I love teaching, makes it fun and comfortable. You should totally get certify. Its a great uplifting job. Do something that you love. Email me anytime if you have any questions..love to help you out. whitdespain@gmail.com
