mmmmm. one of my favorite things to make are "beanballs". the recipe is in ol' reliable: veganomicon. this reminded me of them, and now i think i'll make some this weekend! happy yoga teaching!
Nothing beats zesty Italian meatless meatballs, homemade sauce and cream soda. I'm a happy girl.
