This past weekend we challenged our rock climbing skills in American Fork Canyon. It was gorgeous! Dotster & I watched our boys climb effortless & we took it upon ourselves to accomplish a difficult climb. My back & forearms haven't felt the same. It was a fun weekend filled with yoga training, rock climbing, wedding showers, Sadie, Parker & broken hot tubs. Thanks to the other Rasmussen's for being our friends.
