No more excuses, I've been teaching a lot, went to the rock climbing gym yesterday and did more watching than doing, I've been running at the gym for a couple of days, but every time I'm at the gym..I start thinking of all the things that I need to do or would rather do. Exercise is a huge part of my life, but sometimes I find excuses like I'm tired or I need to clean or need to watch the Bachelor. The effort is there, I just need to get better and not just stay at the gym for 20 minutes..so here are a few songs that I love to work out with...what are your songs that keep you active? Please share...I need more motivation...

I am the same way... me and Megan went to the gym for 25 minutes today and I was struggling to stay even that long! I usually listen to more relaxing music because it helps me focus on things other than how much I hate running, weird I know. Happy birthday again, it was good to see you guys when you came in to J. Crew!
i'll have to check out the other kanye west songs you love.
i just have "stronger" and always up the incline when he says it.
