Camera death
I'm in mourning, a week or so ago I went to load my honeymoon pictures on the computer to share with all my blogging buddies. What I found still upsets me, almost to the point where I was about to delete my blog. The pictures were gone. I still don't know what happened. One day they were in my reliable memory card that saves a million pictures, stores them, takes care of them, holds them until I release them onto a computer. Nope gone destroyed. I've just have to accept that you and I will never see that picture of Jason's dirty face after we went 4 wheeling, that candid picture that I took when Jason was in the ocean and next thing I knew he was holding a bright orange starfish. Nope gone. I wont see them so I apologize that you wont see them as well and that I'll get out of my blogging funk and one day get a new camera and a really good memory card...still it really hurts.

Whit! That's terrible news... I'm so sorry. At least your Valentine's cookies were delicious?
oh NOOOOOO! i feel your pain. that is so depressing!! i'm sorry. now what's all this i'm hearing about your yummy v-day cookies?
I am so sorry about the pictures! I was waiting to see the honeymoon. nothing worse than this new wonderful equipment not working. where is the old camera with film when you need it?
mer. i hate technology. the same thing happened to alot of my pictures of the boys. at least you have the memories.
OH NO! I'm so sorry. Since they were such important pictures, I would try taking them to someone who can maybe somehow get them off. SO SORRY!
That is the worst! I accidently deleted a whole bunch of pictures and lost them forever a while ago, and it still makes me sick and sad.
Dee's dad was famous for all his misadventures with the old-fashioned technology. He dropped his film in the ocean, left the lens cap on through all the wedding photos, and on one memorable trip to Hawaii, he took all the pictures with no film in the camera. You and Jason will just have "Memories...like a picture in your mind..."
You should contact a camera/computer shop. I recently heard from a friend that she was able to "recover" all of her deleted photos on a memory card. I don't know how they did it, but it's worth asking!
